Tech billionaire Elon Musk did not mince his words while hitting out at the Department of Justice for the new memo that concluded that there is “no credible evidence” about the presence of a “client list” of “prominent individuals” who were blackmailed by convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein for visiting his island.
Musk slammed the DOJ for the report that was obtained by Axios which concluded that Epstein died by suicide in 2019 at the Metropolitan Correctional Center while on trial for sex trafficking, after threatening to start a new political party.
“What’s the time? Oh look, it’s no-one-has-been-arrested-o’clock again,” Musk posted on X.
He added a photo titled “The Official Jeffrey Epstein Pedophile Arrest Counter.”
The DOJ declared that there is “no incriminating ‘client list'” undermining previous claims that Epstein had a long list of blackmail evidence against high-profile individuals.
The memo stated that due to lack of evidence, uncharged individuals cannot be pursued legally, adding that no further disclosures are “appropriate or warranted.”
A user commented on how the memo was a “farce” to which Musk responded, “This is the final straw.”
Musk also reposted a meme with a clown which says “there is no Epstein list,” adding an angry emoji.
When a user doubted whether there was any evidence of the client list or “it would be plastered all over everything,” Musk made a bombastic claim about a possible cover-up.
“Unless both sides were guilty,” Musk wrote.
Musk’s outburst comes weeks after he accused former ally President Donald Trump of being “in the Epstein files”- a tweet he then deleted for going “too far”- while they sparred online over the president’s “Big, Beautiful Bill.”
Following their rift, Musk said that he would launch a third political party after Trump’s bill passed in the Senate.
In a series of posts through the weekend, Musk cited the results of a July 4 poll, stating that “by a factor of 2 to 1” Americans want a “new political party and you shall have it.”
“When it comes to bankrupting our country with waste & graft, we live in a one-party system, not a democracy. Today, the America Party is formed to give you back your freedom,” he wrote.
