Elon Musk Considers Buying CNN with Insane Price to ‘Set Things Right’, Says With Boast: ‘Our Country Will Be Better Off’
In what might be the most Elon Musk move of all time, the billionaire tech mogul has reportedly considered acquiring CNN, just because—well, why not? According to sources close to the Tesla and SpaceX CEO, Musk believes he could “fix the media landscape” by throwing an eye-popping, completely Musk-level price at the news network.
“This is not about money,” Musk allegedly said during an impromptu Twitter Space filled with memes, emojis, and sporadic dogecoin references. “This is about truth, justice, and memes. CNN needs a new boss—one with vision, rocket ships, and a better sense of humor.”

Critics have been quick to point out Musk’s history of overpromising and underdelivering, citing his semi-functional hyperloops and the eternal “full self-driving” updates. However, Musk brushed off skeptics, tweeting, “If I can send a car to Mars, I can definitely send CNN to the moon. Figuratively speaking… or maybe not.”
